Job Description
The UMKC Berkley Child and Family Development Center, located on the UMKC Volker campus, is seeking experienced part-time Child Development Aides with positive attitudes, strong problem-solving skills, and who are committed to providing the highest quality childcare. As a Child Development Aide, you will provide guidance and care and facilitate the development of children enrolled in The Berkley Child and Family Development Center.
Duties include but are not limited to:

As a Child Development Aide, you will provide guidance and care and facilitate the development of children enrolled in The Berkley Child and Family Development Center.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist teachers in carrying out curriculum, care activities and routines
- Interact with families on a daily basis
- Assist teachers with paperwork as needed
- Assist with classroom's general housekeeping
- Participate in classroom decisions involving procedures and program as delegated by supervisors
