Job Summary
Investigate and assist in resolving complaints of sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, gender-related violence, including stalking and intimate partner violence, and protected class discrimination and harassment involving undergraduate and graduate students, faculty and staff of the University.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and enforcement of campus policies regarding Equal Employment Opportunity, discrimination, and harassment
- Investigate complaints made by students, faculty, staff and others
- Serve as neutral party in campus related investigations
- Provide detailed reports of findings of investigations
- Create and facilitate training and educational programming throughout the campus community
- Work collaboratively with campus partners, including but not limited to, Human Resources, Legal Affairs, Student Affairs, Academic Affairs, and University Police
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience
Two (2) or more years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Two (2) or more years conducting workplace or higher education investigations related to a protected class and/or employment issues
Preferred Educational Qualifications
Advanced degree
Proposed Salary
$50,173 - $63,700
This is an exempt position paid on a monthly basis.
