Job Summary

Atlanta Metropolitan State College, a four-year degree-granting institution of the University System of Georgia, is accepting applications for one (1) Part-Time English Instructor for the Upward Bound Summer Enrichment Program. The Summer Enrichment Program will be held on the campus of AMSC in Atlanta, Georgia.

Responsibilities

The Part-Time English Instructor will provide engaging, standards-based instruction aligned with the Georgia High School Curriculum for English Literature and Language Arts.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate is passionate about literacy development, critical thinking, and college readiness, and is committed to working with diverse and underserved student populations

Proposed Salary

The position does not offer benefits and it pays a $3000 Stipend for up to five (5) week Summer Enrichment Program
