Clinic Operations Manager (Clinic Operations Leader)
Job Summary
- Manages clinic operations and programs, including supervision of clinic operations employees and operational planning, initiative implementation and evaluation
- Works closely with directors to establish clinic operations strategies and ensure adherence to best practices on initiatives to meet university-wide goals and objectives
- Plans, organizes, and manages the work of staff initiating personnel actions including but not limited to recruitment, hiring, training, evaluating, performance management and corrective action
- Acts as a resource for other health professionals and drives to provide quality, cost-effective, and caring services
- Monitors changes in privacy regulations, ensures current policies and procedures are in compliance
Qualifications
EDUCATION
Required: Bachelor's degree in health services or a related field
Preferred: Master's degree in health services or a related field
WORK EXPERIENCE
Required: 2 years of related experience in a health care or clinical setting
