Required Qualifications:

1. An earned doctorate in business administration or a closely related field by position start date or shortly after, and
2. Potential for or demonstrated excellence in teaching accounting courses at the university level as evidenced by organization and communication skills.

Desired Qualifications:

1. The ability to teach courses in a broad range of topical areas, including tax, audit, data analytics, financial, and/or managerial accounting,
2. Potential for or demonstrated excellence in curriculum development and service,
3. Demonstrated knowledge of artificial intelligence through innovative teaching practices, cutting-edge research, and/or thought leadership in academic or professional communities,
4. Potential for or demonstrated experience with online teaching modalities,
5. Teaching experience at an AACSB-accredited institution,
6. Potential for or demonstrated engagement with the accounting profession,
7. Research publications in accounting or a related field,
8. CPA certification or other related professional certification, and
9. AACSB faculty qualification as a scholarly academic (SA).

3. evidence of teaching competency/teaching evaluations
