Position Responsibilities
The successful candidate will teach three undergraduate courses in-person twice per week and may hold administrative responsibilities, including serving as Chair of the Department, as assigned. Teaching will take place at Yeshiva University's Manhattan campuses. Additional opportunities may include conducting research, participating in school research seminars, and providing service to the school, university, and broader community.
Experience & Educational Background
A doctoral degree from an AACSB-accredited institution with expertise in Strategy, Management, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Behavioral Economics, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Psychology, or related fields is preferred. Candidates without a doctoral degree are also encouraged to apply if they meet alternative criteria such as pursuing a doctoral degree, possessing a master's degree with professional experience, or having prior college-level teaching experience.
Skills & Competencies
Candidates should demonstrate strong connections with industry, as well as public speaking and teaching experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. The successful candidate should also promote the use of emerging technologies, including AI, in the classroom.
