"CNA Instructor"

Preferred qualified candidates should have the ability to:

• Present well prepared facilitative classroom lectures and activities consistent with the course syllabus.
• Facilitate student success in meeting or surpassing course objectives contained in the syllabus.
• Promote the development and effective use of skills in areas such as critical and analytical thinking, evaluation, communication, computation, problem solving and decision-making.
• Continually evaluate student preparation and assessments.
• Provide students with timely academic information and feedback.
• Assist management with driving retention rates.
• Complete associated administrative functions within established time frames
• Maintain professional integrity

Job Requirements

• LVN/RN certification or license required
• 3 years’ experience in the medical field (ACCET)
• Experience with Medical Terminology, all Patient Vitals, Patient Chart, and all medical clinical skills
• Prior adult instructional experience is preferred, but not required
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Consistently display the highest levels of integrity
