Residents, and an ACGME accredited Colon and Rectal Surgery Fellow. This FTE allotment for this position will be 0.90 clinical with 0.10 time allowed for professional development in the pillars of investigation, administration, or education.

As the tertiary referral center for the largest geographic catchment area in the continental US, the Section of Colon and Rectal Surgery provides evaluation and management for a wide range of colon and rectal diseases. We have a robust clinical practice including complex multidisciplinary care of colorectal cancer, IBD, and pelvic floor disorders. The surgeons also serve as teaching faculty for the University of Utah General Surgery Residency Program and Colon and Rectal Surgery Fellowship. Leadership opportunities within the Section of Colon and Rectal Surgery, Division of Surgical Oncology, or Department of Surgery may exist for the appropriate candidate.

• Shared weekend call with surgical oncology (approximately 1:10)

• Board eligible or board certified in Colon and Rectal Surgery
• Strong clinical productivity
• MIS experience (laparoscopy and robotics)
