Job Description Summary
The Communications Coordinator plays an integral role in the Undergraduate Division's communications efforts by updating and maintaining websites; drafting, formatting, and proofreading communications and marketing materials; coordinating content production; and ensuring consistent, brand-aligned messaging across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Assist with monitoring, maintaining, and updating the Division websites
- Assist with drafting, formatting, and proofreading Division communications and marketing materials
- Support Division's frontline communication needs
- Assist with developing, documenting, and disseminating communication policies
- Coordinate content development with the associate director and program staff
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience maintaining and updating websites (WordPress or comparable CMS)
- Experience creating or editing basic graphics (Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva)
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
