Job Description

1. Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Composition, Music Theory, and Computer Music;
2. Supervise students' creative work and portfolio preparation;
3. Serve as academic advisor, supporting students’ academic planning, scholarly development, and personal growth;
4. Contribute to interdisciplinary curriculum development and pedagogical innovation, and promote collaboration across related fields;
5. Maintain an active profile in creative practice and research, with a strong academic reputation and impact nationally and internationally.

Qualification Requirements

1. A doctoral degree in Composition or a related field;
2. Outstanding achievements in composition and/or research;
3. University-level teaching experience;
4. Solid expertise in music technology and computer music;
5. Strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to support diversity and interdisciplinary teaching.
