Reports directly to SAVC, supporting that position and other
OGAC leadership positions as directed; Provides troubleshooting
support on office operations to departmental management
Coordinates various departmental and management calendars and
schedules; Assists with planning, scheduling and coordinating
various meetings/seminars/events, including site selection and
preparation, creation, revision, and production of marketing and
training materials; Maintains project management schedules and
issues status checks as appropriate
Supports OGAC's Business units with special projects and/or
assignments; Serves as back up for essential functions to ensure
business continuity for critical functions
Ensures a standardized onboarding and offboarding of employees
within OGAC, including set up required before employee's first day,
administering appropriate training for OGAC specific procedures, as
well as assisting with scheduling additional or external training
as needed and working with hiring manager to coordinate any
specific needs during the onboarding/offboarding process
Monitors and maintains OGAC's standard records management
systems and conducts internal review on documents/records
submitted
Assists with creating methods of evaluating assigned area;
Analyzes results and makes recommendations for revision to
objectives and strategies with focus on continual improvement;
Takes part in or leads development as needed
Monitors and maintains websites and SharePoint sites for
department and external use; Revise design and development of
SharePoint when necessary
Monitors and controls resources such as office supplies and
equipment needed within the department; Submits requisitions and
assists with management of financial procedures within
department
Drafts, edits, revises, and tracks OGAC and area related
process documents, business processes, job aids, and workflow
documents
Creates and maintains training materials for internal use
specific to OGAC team members
Assists with maintaining compliance of office and departmental
processes and documentation
Takes part in and leads special projects as needed
Responsible for other reasonable, related duties as
assigned

PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee sits comfortably to
do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending;
carrying of light items, such as papers, books, or small parts; or
driving an automobile. No special physical demands are required to
perform the work.
WORK SCHEDULE & CONDITIONS:
· Equipment used includes, PC workstation running on a LAN in a
Microsoft Windows environment, calculator, phone and other general
office equipment
· Interface with internal and external contacts as needed to carry
out the functions of the position
· Work is performed in a climate-controlled office with minimal
exposure to safety hazards
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Associate degree or higherand at least 3 years of related work
experience, or an equivalent combination of education and
experience
Salary
Hiring salary range is: $44,793 - $51,512
Lone Star College provides a hiring salary range for all posted
full-time non-faculty positions. Where your salary offer would fall
in that range is determined by your related experience and
