We’re currently searching for a Coordinator to join our Residential Well-being team in Blacksburg, VA to help us in our mission. HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE ROLE:
- You’ll be joining the Residential Well-being team; a department centered on creating intentional residential communities that are characterized by belonging, flourishing, compassion for self and others, and meaningful engagement.
- You’ll be reporting to a Managing Director in Residential Well-being and the Assistant Director, in a Regular twelve-month, 100% administrative professional appointment.
- You’ll be responsible for empowering all residential students to engage across differences and find meaningful belonging in the campus community.
- You'll identify trends and opportunities for dialogue, intervention, and programming to provide experiences that foster an environment of acceptance and civility, where students can share who they are and connect with others from different backgrounds, identities, and perspectives.
- You'll lead a team of approximately 15-20 Residential Well-being Student Leaders who live in the residence halls and work to ensure that every student is engaged at the optimal level.
- You’ll have the chance to grow and take advantage of a developmental plan with opportunities to advance within the Department and the Division.
- You’ll be offered a base compensation package between $44,000 - $46,000 with an on-campus apartment or $50,000 - $52,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package which includes health insurance, paid leave, retirement, tuition assistance, VT discounts, and so much more!
