The salary range for this position is $52,000-$54,000, commensurate with experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Director Athletics, the Coordinator of Athletic Facilities, Events, and Recreation will discharge the following responsibilities:
- Provide support for the general operations of athletic facilities, events, and recreational programming to help ensure a functional and positive experience for all users.
- Assist with athletic communications and administrative functions, including data management, reporting, and digital content updates, as needed.
- Support the coordination of athletic facility usage by assisting with scheduling priorities across a variety of campus and external stakeholders.
- Assist with facilitating external use of facilities, including scheduling, agreements, and related administrative processes.
- Provide operational support to varsity athletic programs as needed to help enhance the student-athlete experience.
- Assist in the planning and execution of home athletic events, contributing to appropriate staffing, logistics, and communication with key constituents.
- Support evening and weekend athletic operations by assisting with facility oversight, event preparation, and student staffing processes.
- Assist with the preparation and implementation of recreational programming, including intramural offerings.
- Serve as a supporting point of contact for club sports, assisting the Student Association and Campus Life with coordination efforts.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of student staff, supporting appropriate certifications and preparedness.
- Collaborate with campus partners to support facility needs, assist with routine inspections, and help coordinate maintenance and improvement efforts.
This is a full-time, 12-month term appointed position. The start date will be negotiated with the final candidate and will be no later than July 1, 2026. The salary range for this position is $52,000-$54,000, commensurate with experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- At least two years of relevant experience in intercollegiate athletics, recreation, or sports management (graduate assistant, volunteer, or hourly experience considered).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven supervisory experience, including working with student employees.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to immediately obtain).
- Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues to work towards departmental objectives.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass LENS certification.
- Demonstrated commitment and ability to work with a diverse group of students, faculty, staff and constituents in support of campus and department mission.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree.
- Experience in NCAA athletics, preferably at the Division III level.
- Experience managing athletic facilities, rentals, record keeping, scheduling systems, or event/facility operations.
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and facility safety standards.
- Familiarity with university structures, policies, and procedures.
