Coordinator of Recruiting and Operations (Football)
Job Summary:
The Coordinator of Recruiting and Operations for football is responsible for supporting the TCU Football Program by coordinating and implementing recruiting efforts and operational events.
Duties & Essential Job Functions:
- Coordinates scheduling and event management for all official and unofficial recruiting visits.
- Enters data and ensures maintenance of databases used by staff, including Teamworks
- In coordination with TCU Staff, plans and schedules all aspects and hospitality needs for on campus recruits and guests
- Develops, communicates, and executes logistics for all unofficial and official visits in coordination with other Football staff, including but not limited to creation of itineraries and arranging transportation
- Attends all recruiting events as needed
- Assistant Director of Football Operations with operational duties including but not limited to coordinating team travel, arranging to-go meal delivery, and processing staff reimbursements.
- Collaborates with the Assistant to Head Football Coach to plan and oversee football events including but not limited to the Women’s Clinic, Pickleball Fund Raisers, or any other football led community events.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 years’ experience in college of professional athletics.

Preferred Licensure, Certification, and/or Specialized Training:
Experience using Jump Forward software
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of job-related policies and regulations.
- Knowledge of presentation and interpersonal communication techniques.
- Knowledge of NCAA guidelines.
- Knowledge of customer service techniques.
- Skill in oral and written communications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to achieve effective recruiting results.
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team.

Physical Requirements (With or Without Accommodations):
- Visual acuity to read information from computer screens, forms and other printed materials and information.
- Able to speak (enunciate) clearly in conversation and general communication.

- Manual dexterity for typing, writing, standing and reaching, flexibility, body movement for bending, crouching, walking, kneeling and prolonged sitting.

Work Environment:
- Work is indoors and sedentary and is subject to schedule changes and/or variable work hours.
- There are no harmful environmental conditions present for this job.
- The noise level in this work environment is usually moderate.
