Collaborating with both academic and support service departments to develop programming that facilitates and supports transfer student enrollment and success.

Providing training, guidance, and resources to faculty and staff on best practices for supporting transfer students, fostering faculty collaborations, and promoting student success.

Traveling to community colleges and partner organizations to support relationship-building, outreach efforts, and transfer initiatives.

Participating in occasional evening and weekend programs, events, and recruitment activities as needed.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of five years of experience in higher education.

• Knowledge of transfer processes, articulation agreements, and community college systems.

Preferred:

• Master's degree.
• Five years of experience in enrollment management, academic affairs, student services, transfer services, or related areas within higher education.
• Experience working directly with community colleges, transfer students, or transfer-focused programs.
• Proficiency with student information systems (e.g., Banner) and CRM platforms.
• Experience coordinating events, outreach programs, or delivering presentations.
• Knowledge of SUNY policies and procedures.
• Experience working with and serving diverse populations, including a commitment to inclusion and equity through engagement with students, faculty, staff, and community partners from a variety of backgrounds.
