About the Project

This PhD project invites research into corporate governance, risk management, and executive decision-making in complex organizational environments. Possible topics include board effectiveness, enterprise risk management, governance structures, executive accountability, financial oversight, regulatory pressure, and decision-making under uncertainty.

The project is especially relevant for senior professionals working in finance, governance, risk, audit, compliance, consulting, banking, insurance, or executive leadership.
