About the Project
This PhD project invites research into corporate governance, risk management, and executive decision-making in complex organizational environments. Possible topics include board effectiveness, enterprise risk management, governance structures, executive accountability, financial oversight, regulatory pressure, and decision-making under uncertainty.
The project is especially relevant for senior professionals working in finance, governance, risk, audit, compliance, consulting, banking, insurance, or executive leadership. Candidates may explore how governance systems influence organizational resilience, ethical decision-making, strategic risk, and long-term business performance.
Research may focus on private companies, listed firms, financial institutions, public-sector organizations, family businesses, or multinational corporations. Cross-country comparisons and studies in emerging markets are particularly welcome.
Tuition and scholarships
Partial merit-based scholarships may be awarded to strong candidates, up to 30% maximum of tuition. Payment plans are available.
