Serving as a point of contact and leading project-related
communication with funders, research partners, and collaborating
organizations
Coordinating agendas and documentation for regular team
meetings
Scheduling internal meetings as well as meetings with external
partners
Updating grant reports, budgets, and related administrative
materials
Assisting in the preparation and submission of grant proposals
and applications
Providing administrative support for the principal investigator
and other team members
Research Writing and Support – 20%
Support research project leads and team members to successfully
implement projects, including the following tasks:
- Conducting literature reviews specific to particular carework
team projects
- Supporting applications for data access and the completion of
data use agreements and IRB documentation
- Collaborating with team members in preparation and submission
of reports, publications, and data for presentation at professional
conferences and meetings
- Integrating citations into research products utilizing citation
software (e.g., Zotero)
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree plus at least 4 years of experience or
advanced degree plus 2 years of experience or combination of
related education and work experience to equal 8 years.
- Two years of demonstrated experience in managing multiple
complex projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting a diverse, inclusive, and
respectful workplace.
- Effective organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated effective writing and analytical skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in public health, sociology, or related
field
- Experience with project management tools
