Creative Production Manager
Position Summary
AUIB is seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Production Manager to drive its mission of delivering impactful and engaging brand communications across the university. In this pivotal role, the Creative Production Manager will lead the end-to-end production of creative assets, including graphic design, photography, videography, and multimedia content, while ensuring alignment with AUIB’s brand standards and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Production Leadership: Lead and manage the university’s creative production function, ensuring all visual outputs align with AUIB’s brand identity and communication goals.
- Design & Visual Content Management: Oversee the development of campaign visuals, social media content, print materials, presentations, and institutional publications.
- Photography & Videography Oversight: Manage photography and videography operations, including planning, shooting, editing, and production of promotional and storytelling content.
- Workflow & Project Management: Coordinate production schedules, manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Quality Control & Innovation: Review and approve all creative deliverables, maintain quality standards, and introduce innovative production techniques and creative approaches.

- Creative Leadership: Strong ability to lead creative teams and deliver compelling visual content.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple deadlines, priorities, and production workflows efficiently.
- Design & Multimedia Expertise: Advanced knowledge of graphic design, photography, videography, and multimedia production tools.
- Attention to Detail: High commitment to quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all outputs.
- Collaborative Mindset: Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Education and Experience
- Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Media Production, Visual Arts, Communications, or a related field.
- Years of Relevant Experience: Minimum 6–8 years of experience in creative production, design, or multimedia roles.
- Specific Skills or Expertise: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creative production, design, photography, videography, and production workflow management; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools.
- Additional Certifications: Relevant certifications in design, multimedia production, or related fields are considered an advantage.
- Personal Attributes: Innovative, adaptable, detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
