Responsibilities

Slate System Administration - 40%

• Serve as primary Slate administrator with comprehensive oversight of system configuration, maintenance, and optimization across all enrollment functions.
• Build and maintain complex workflows, rules, decision trees, bins, and automations.

Data Management, Reporting & Analytics - 25%

• Design, build, and maintain queries, reports, exports, and datasets supporting recruitment, admissions, financial aid, and enrollment analysis.

Communication Strategy & Execution - 20%

• Build and deploy sophisticated email campaigns, SMS messages, and multi-channel communication pathways.

Training, Documentation & Support - 10%

• Provide comprehensive training to enrollment management staff on Slate functionality, best practices, and new features.

Strategic Collaboration & Innovation - 5%

• Partner with enrollment management leadership to align Slate capabilities with institutional strategic enrollment goals.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree. Minimum two years of hands on leadership experience with Slate or in a similar CRM/database management role.
