About the Project
This PhD research opportunity examines cross-border management, culture, and institutional complexity. Possible topics include institutional distance, cultural adaptation, international management practices, global teams, expatriate leadership, subsidiary management, cross-border mergers, and the coordination of organizations across different legal, cultural, and regulatory environments.
The project is well suited to candidates with international management experience, including executives, consultants, HR leaders, entrepreneurs, NGO leaders, and professionals in multinational organizations. Candidates may examine how organizations navigate differences across markets while maintaining strategic coherence and operational effectiveness.
