Job Summary
The Culinary Service Chef plays a critical leadership role in bridging the gap between the kitchen and the guest experience. This position is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, and delivering a consistently exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and is passionate about developing teams, upholding standards, and fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily serving station kitchen operations in a high-energy, guest-focused environment, ensuring smooth prep, cooking, plating, and overall flow
- Inspire, coach, and develop front-of-house team members while fostering a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
- Uphold high standards for food quality, consistency, presentation, and food safety through regular line checks and strong execution practices
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient serving station kitchens that consistently deliver a great dining experience to guests
- Manage inventory, control waste, and support cost-effective ordering and budgeting practices to drive operational efficiency
- Promote a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and workplace standards
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and (4) years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED with (5) years of related experience
Other Required Qualifications
Ability to obtain Manager Serve Safe Manager Certification within 30 days of employment

Proposed Salary
$20.71 - $25.00 per hour
This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
