Husson University seeks an accomplished and visionary leader to serve as Dean of the College of Business. The Dean will provide strategic leadership for the University's largest college, overseeing academic programs, faculty development, accreditation efforts, enrollment growth, industry partnerships, and student success initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
The Dean of the College of Business serves as the academic, strategic, and administrative leader for the College of Business including the School of Business and Management, School of Legal Studies, School of Technology and Innovation, New England School of Communications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership and Vision
- Develop and implement a dynamic and strategic vision for the College that aligns with the University's mission and strategic plan.
- Lead innovation and growth initiatives that respond to emerging trends in business, communications, technology, and workforce development.
2. Academic Leadership and Accreditation
- Ensure academic excellence through curriculum innovation, program assessment, and continuous improvement.
3. Faculty and Staff Leadership
- Recruit, mentor, evaluate, and retain high-performing faculty and staff.
4. Enrollment, Marketing, and External Engagement
- Collaborate with Enrollment Management and Marketing to develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies.
5. Budget, Operations, and Resource Management
- Provide leadership for budget planning, financial stewardship, and resource allocation.
6. University and Community Leadership
- Serve as an active member of the Deans' Council and Extended Cabinet leadership team.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Earned doctorate from an accredited institution in business, leadership, higher education, or a related field required.
- Minimum of five years of progressively responsible academic leadership experience, including supervision of faculty and staff required.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, accreditation, curriculum development, and academic administration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience overseeing academic programs.
