Qualifications
EDUCATION
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED).
WORK EXPERIENCE
Required
- 5 years verifiable experience in building/facility maintenance and repair.
Preferred
- Experience in maintenance of large air handlers and commercial humidifiers and/or water maintenance systems.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATES
Required
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to be insured by Indiana University upon date of hire.
SKILLS
Required
- Relevant demonstrated leadership skills preferred.
- Ability to successfully complete required training programs.
- Ability to effectively lead people and manage work simultaneously.
- Knowledge of or ability to learn word processing, spreadsheet, and data base software.
