Position Summary

The Deputy serves as the College's Deputy Title IX and Deputy Title VI Coordinator, reporting to the Director. The Deputy supports the College's civil rights compliance program covering sex discrimination, sexual harassment and misconduct, and race/national origin discrimination under federal and state laws. also serves as an investigative officer for formal complaints of harassment and discrimination when appropriate and in coordination with the Director and the Office of Human Resources (for employee related matters). This position is intended to support continuity of leadership and operations during the transition period leading up to the anticipated completion of the merger on or about July 1, 2027, subject to regulatory approvals. In this joint appointment role, you will work collaboratively with colleagues across both institutions to advance shared priorities, support strategic alignment, and help ensure a thoughtful and effective transition.

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely one day per week, subject to team schedules and college needs. Employees are expected to maintain effective communication and collaboration while working off-site.

This position has a six (6)-month orientation and review period.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as an additional procedural point of contact for students and employees, including initial assessments, coordinating supportive and safety measures, and identification of appropriate resolution pathways, providing information on reporting obligations, rights, procedural steps, and campus and community resources.
Serve as an investigative officer for formal complaints of sex-based discrimination, sexual harassment, misconduct, dating and domestic violence, stalking, and race/national origin discrimination when appropriate and in coordination with the Director and the Office of Human Resources.
Serve as the lead campus administrator for the College's online prevention education and training platform, Vector Solutions.
Serve as an Administrator for the College's case management software, Case Tracker, insuring institutional data collection, record-keeping, and annual reporting requirements per federal and state laws.
Support the annual review of the College's Non-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy, Title IX Grievance Policy, and Sexual Misconduct Policies, ensuring alignment with evolving federal and state regulations.
Design and deliver required training for students, faculty, and staff, per federal and state requirements, including in person training and virtual platforms.
Design and deliver prevention and awareness initiatives- including bystander intervention programs and orientation programming- in collaboration with campus and community partners.
Support and mentor the Graduate Assistant for the Office.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director in furtherance of the College's civil rights compliance obligations.

The estimated salary is $65,000 per year for 40 hours per week for 52 weeks.
