Overview
This Design, Synthesis and Screening of Inhibitors of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa course at Aston University will focus on a heretofore unexploited target in the pathogen, namely the enzyme transglutaminase (Uruburu et al, 2019), which is responsible for protein crosslinking, and without which the organism is unviable.
