Join a dynamic, student-centered institution as the Director of Advising and Onboarding Services, where you will provide strategic leadership for the College's Student Success Center across multiple campuses. This role offers the opportunity to shape innovative onboarding and advising experiences that ensure students receive timely, accurate, and engaging support from entry through persistence. You will collaborate closely with faculty, staff, and campus partners to deliver integrated services both in-person and virtually. Ideal candidates are collaborative leaders committed to strengthening recruitment, retention, and student success. Make a meaningful impact by guiding students through a supportive and well-coordinated academic journey.

Education Required:

  • Earned Bachelor's degree in Education, Business or a related field

Education Preferred:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Education, Counseling, or related field

Experience Required:

  • Five years of supervisory experience in higher education including hiring, scheduling, and evaluating staff performance
  • Two years of budget experience with monitoring, compliance, and reporting
  • Two years of experience in the field of education providing direct student support
  • Experience working in a fast-paced service delivery area
  • Experience in leading/advancing a broad range of student support services, including student development, new student online orientation, new student advising, and international student services/SEVIS.

Experience Preferred:

  • Six or more years of supervisory experience in higher education including hiring, scheduling, and evaluating staff performance in a multi-campus environment
  • Experience working in a community college student advising office
  • Three or more years of experience in the field of higher education providing direct student support
  • Experience developing and delivering student onboarding and online orientation
  • Experience supervising staff in remote work locations
