Director of Auxiliary Services
Primary Purpose of the Position
The Director of Auxiliary Services provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for key outsourced auxiliary service programs that enhance campus life and support institutional revenue generation. This role serves as the primary liaison between Winston-Salem State University and its external service providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with contractual obligations, and alignment with university priorities.
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education
- Master's degree
- Ten (10) or more years of experience in auxiliary services within a higher education environment
- Experience managing campus card systems and access control technologies
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, contract negotiation, and financial oversight
