Director of Client Solutions and Support

CBIZ Higher Education Practice has been selected to partner with Higher Education Assistance Group, Inc. (HEAG). HEAG seeks applications and nominations to serve as the next Director of Client Solutions and Support. HEAG seeks a collaborative, client-focused Director of Client Solutions and Support to lead its sales engine, overseeing client acquisition, onboarding, and support for higher education partners. Reporting to the Vice President, this leader will drive revenue growth through strategic marketing, effective client engagement, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, Title IV–focused environment. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, analytical, and service-oriented professional who builds trust, adapts quickly, and communicates effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
