Position Summary: Responsible for developing, directing, implementing and maintaining a comprehensive compliance program for assigned sports and areas that will ensure the institution’s adherence to Southeastern Conference, CSC, and NCAA regulations. This position is responsible for controlling, monitoring and ensuring compliance with the rules and regulations of the NCAA, CSC, and SEC by assigned departmental staff, coaches, student-athletes, and representatives of athletics interests. Also responsible for designing, directing and implementing education programs and seminars for student-athletes and staff on a regular basis regarding the high priority placed on NCAA compliance. This position will serve as the direct liaison and oversee the compliance program for assigned Olympic sports and areas to ensure compliance with NCAA, CSC, and SEC rules and regulations.

Duties/Responsibilities
Serve as the primary compliance liaison for assigned Olympic sports and additional areas (e.g., Student-Athlete Advisory Council). Work closely with assigned coaches and staff in assigned sports and areas to ensure compliance with NCAA and SEC rules and regulations, including providing rules education, making interpretive determinations, responding to interpretive inquiries, requesting waivers from the NCAA and SEC, and investigating, determining, and reporting rule violations. (30%)
Oversee, manage, and direct the daily monitoring and education of NCAA Bylaw 22 for all sports, including, without limitation, NIL Go management, Associated Entity determinations, third party NIL involvement, reporting and clearinghouse review of NIL activities. (30%)
Responsible for performing roster management related to House Settlement implementation in CAPS for incoming and departing student-athletes. (20%)
Coordinate and facilitate the pre- and post-enrollment agent process, including, without limitation, use of agents, involvement with professional teams, and draft and inquiry for assigned sports. (5%)
