7 years of progressive experience managing comprehensive
facilities-based operations or experience in a similar
environment.
5 years of experience supervising maintenance/skilled trades
employees
5 years of experience managing an operational budget in excess
of 1 million dollars
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs
Prior work experience utilizing CMMS
5 years of experience providing oversight of contracted
services associated with project work
A valid state issued driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
- APPA CEFP Certification
- 3 years’ experience managing staff & work in a unionized
environment
- 5 years’ experience managing staff & work in a Higher
Education setting
- 5 years’ experience working in a higher education setting
- Operational knowledge of a centralized heat/boiler plant
- Professional Engineering Licensure
- Prior work experience reviewing architectural drawings

The starting salary range for this position is $$102,349.00 -
$115,698.00.
This position may be eligible for a flexible hybrid work
arrangement, permitting a combination of on-site and remote work,
subject to applicable organizational policies, operational
requirements, and supervisory approval.
