Director of Faculty and Leadership Development in Faculty Affairs
Position Summary
The Director of Faculty and Leadership Development in Faculty Affairs supports the professional development of faculty and administrators while advancing institution-wide initiatives and policies. The position reports to the Vice Provost for Academic and Community Engagement. The role includes managing personnel and budgets within the Faculty and Leadership Development area. The Director is responsible for researching, designing, delivering, and assessing development programs for faculty and academic leaders.
Additional Requirements
- Three or more years of experience in providing educational development to faculty and academic leaders
- A minimum of five years of experience in higher education
- Demonstrated ability to research, design, and lead workshops and cohort programs, utilizing active learning techniques.
- Strong capability in managing personnel and budgets
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with faculty and administrators.
