About the Opportunity: The College invites applications for a Director of Partner Engagement at The Lizzie and Jonathan Tisch Center for Career Exploration.

Responsibilities

• In partnership with Alumni Relations and Advancement, provide strategic leadership for developing and sustaining an active career volunteer network of alumni, parent, and family partners.
• Oversee all aspects of the employer partnership program, leading a team of professional staff (~5-6 FTEs).
• Support new and existing Center initiatives and other College priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in career services or in alumni relations/advancement, or other directly relevant experience.
• Experience managing staff or otherwise demonstrated capacity to supervise.
