Salary: Commensurate with Experience (part-time, 50%FTE)
Binghamton University, a NCAA Division I institution and member of the America East Conference, is seeking a Director of Player Development/Video Coordinator, Assistant Women's Basketball Coach. The Director of Player Development/Video Coordinator, Assistant Women's Basketball Coach will assist the Head Women's Basketball Coach in all aspects of the basketball program. This position is responsible for player skill development, video analysis, scouting preparation, recruiting support, practice planning, and administrative operations while promoting academic success, personal development, and compliance with institutional, conference, and NCAA regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher)
- Master's degree
- Minimum of 1 year experience at the Division 1 intercollegiate athletics level
