Salary: Up to $80,000
Reporting to the Associate Vice President of the Office of Strategic Partnerships, the Director of Strategic Operations and Revenue Development serves as a key operational and strategic leader within the Lifelong Learning division at the University of South Florida. This position is responsible for the daily operations, strategic growth, and community impact of two distinct and mission-driven units: the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) and the USF Testing Center.
Responsibilities
- The Director of Strategic Operations and Revenue Development provides direct oversight of the daily operations of OLLI and the USF Testing Center, ensuring both units deliver high quality programming and services to their respective audiences.
- The Director develops and executes strategic plans for both units that align with the division's goals of community impact, enrollment growth, and revenue sustainability.
- A critical responsibility of this role is the development, tracking, and reporting of key performance indicators that demonstrate the growth and community impact of both units.
- The Director is also responsible for contributing to revenue development efforts across both units.
- As these are auxiliary funded units, the Director has full P&L responsibilities for both units.
- The Director will be responsible for two Associate Director Direct reports and manage 8-12 full-time and part-time associates.
