Director of Undergraduate Recruitment (JSOM)

The Naveen Jindal School of Management (JSOM) at UT Dallas is seeking a motivated professional to serve as the Director of Undergraduate Recruitment. In this role, you will manage staff and lead initiatives that advance the school's mission, vision, and strategic priorities. The position is well‑suited for someone who communicates effectively and enjoys working collaboratively with deans, faculty, administrators, students, and external partners.

The Director will oversee undergraduate recruiting and onboarding services and play a central role in supporting the school's enrollment goals. Working closely with the Dean of Undergraduate Programs, this position contributes to a focused, data‑driven effort to increase incoming freshman and transfer student enrollment.
