Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of data management, governance, integration, reporting, and performance measurement systems supporting the Rural Health Transformation Program's initiatives.
- Oversee data collection, validation, quality assurance, and reporting processes across multiple healthcare, community, public health, and state partner organizations.
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards, HIPAA regulations, data use agreements, and applicable state and federal reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, data visualizations, automated reports, and performance monitoring tools to support operational decision-making, program accountability, and funding requirements.
- Analyze program, utilization, workforce, and population health data to evaluate implementation effectiveness, outcomes, and overall program impact.
- Prepare and present analytical reports, summaries, and recommendations that support strategic planning, continuous quality improvement, and evidence-based decision-making.
- Coordinate data exchange, reporting activities, and performance measurement efforts among healthcare, community, and program partners.
- Provide technical assistance, consultation, and training related to data systems, reporting requirements, data collection processes, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with program leadership, implementation teams, healthcare organizations, community stakeholders, evaluators, and external partners to advance program objectives and improve outcomes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and six years of experience related to technical services; or a high school diploma/equivalent and experience equal to ten years. (Note: post-high school education can substitute for experience at the equivalent rate.)
Reliable transportation, and a valid Florida or Georgia Driver's License or the ability to obtain prior to hire.

This position will be supporting Bundle 2 - Southwest region, which is defined as Charlotte, Collier, DeSoto, Glades, Hardee, Hendry, Highlands, Lee, Manatee, Okeechobee, and Sarasota on the Rural Health Transformation Program Map.
This position requires regular travel in support of program activities and responsibilities. Travel may occur within the employee's assigned region and throughout the State of Florida, as needed. The frequency and location of travel may vary based on programmatic and operational needs.
