The Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University... We also serve patients in more than 20 clinics across Georgia.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for assisting students, faculty, and residents with supplies and instruments... Responsible for maintaining supplies for all clinics, dispensaries and clinical labs.

Responsibilities

The duties include, but are not limited to:

• MAINTAIN INSTRUMENTS: Issue instruments... Perform other duties as assigned by management which may include dental asst in clinic areas.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma, or GED, or equivalent from a recognized state or federal accrediting organization and two years of experience in a customer service setting with a basic understanding of inventory control.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduation from a Dental Assisting Program with two years of experience in dental assisting.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of the principles of infectious disease transmission... Knowledge of basic computer skills

SKILLS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

ABILITIES
Ability to maintain confidentiality... Ability to communicate with dental assistants, students, staff and faculty...

Shift/Salary/Benefits

Shift Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay Band: B3
Salary: Minimum $16.54/hour
