Highlights of the Position
Provide clinical, strategic, and operational leadership for Plastic Surgery division Guide division that spans cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, breast reconstruction, skin cancer reconstruction, facial reconstruction, body contouring, burn surgery, and complex wound care. Collaborate with Breast Surgery, Surgical Oncology, Dermatology, Trauma, Wound Care, and hospital leadership to strengthen coordinated patient care. Partner with leadership on physician recruitment, access, quality improvement, operational standardization, and program expansion.
Candidate Requirements
MD or DO with Board Certification in Plastic Surgery. Prior leadership, division development, or physician management experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and to balance clinical excellence with operational stewardship.
