Donation & Compliance Manager

• Employment Type: Full Time (35 hours per week)
• Duration: Parental leave contract until May 2027
• Remuneration: Level 9 $148,012 - $157,056 (depending on experience) + 17% super + leave loading
• Location: UNSW Kensington Campus, NSW (hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing, donor-centric Donor Services team.
• Oversee end-to-end donation administration including receipting, reconciliations, reporting, pledge management, and fund establishment.
• Ensure philanthropic income is managed in accordance with donor intent, university policy, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert advice on gift administration, donor agreements, compliance obligations, and complex donor matters.
• Build strong relationships across advancement, finance, scholarships, and academic teams to support effective fund administration and operational alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, reporting, governance, and service delivery.
