1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, or a closely related field.
2. Three (3) years of professional experience in construction management, project management, estimating, scheduling, field supervision, or a related construction discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline.
2. Previous teaching, training or workforce development experience.
3. Experience with online, hybrid, or technology-enhanced instruction.
4. Current industry credentials such as OSHA, Certified Construction Manager (CCM), PMP, LEED, or similar certifications.
5. Experience in commercial, residential, institutional, or industrial construction projects.

Work Experience:

1. Successful experience teaching at a university or community college is preferred.
2. Work Experience in Construction Management is preferred.
