Support event logistics, including room setup, signage placement, décor, giveaways, and inventory management

Coordinate with Athletics staff, volunteers, vendors, caterers, and campus partners to ensure events run smoothly

Assist with administrative and special projects as assigned

Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be a currently enrolled FGCU student.
• Must be in good conduct standing.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others to accomplish goals.
• Must have a professional attitude while serving our Eagles Club clientele.
