Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices, state mandates, and emerging trends in early childhood mental health and education in Missouri.

Deliver and contribute to the development of in-person and virtual training sessions for diverse stakeholders on early childhood mental health and social-emotional learning.

Contribute to project management and project development initiatives as assigned.

Other duties as assigned.

Monday – Friday
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Occasional nights and weekends to accommodate trainings.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Psychology (clinical or developmental), or other related field.
Credentials: State certification or licensure in education, mental health, or a related field
Years of Experience: 3 or more years of experience in early childhood education settings preferred
Additional Training: Experience with evidence-based frameworks such as the Pyramid Model, Conscious Discipline, trauma-informed care, etc. E xperience with evidence-based frameworks such as the Pyramid Model, Conscious Discipline, trauma-informed care, etc.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually
Grade: GGS - 9E
