Surprisingly manageable--fewer than 25 patients per 24 hours. The compensation? Strong--$183.75/hour (~$315K annually), plus a $30K sign-on bonus, relocation, CME, covered airfare, and housing provided at a reduced cost. This role is open to EM, IM, or FP physicians with emergency experience who are comfortable stepping outside the typical and into something more meaningful--both professionally and personally.
