physicians work 130 hours (13 shifts) monthly and receive incentive pay for additional shifts. Our Careflight helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft transport patients from a service area of 800,000 people. We are proud of our 20-minute door-to-doctor time and our 2-hour length of stay. Our patient satisfaction rate consistently exceeds 90%. The physicians are employed and eligible for a group incentive for positive operating results.
