What You Will Do

The Employer Engagement (EE) Consultant in the Cornell Duffield College of Engineering?s Office of External Collaboration and Innovation cultivates and manages strategic relationships with employers who recruit Cornell Duffield Engineering students.

The EE Consultant works within the larger Cornell Career Development Network as a member of the employer relations team.

What We Need

• Bachelor?s Degree and 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, career services, recruitment/HR or other industry experience.
• High level of interpersonal skills, including experience maintaining positive relationships with various constituencies.
