English Language Teacher (Fall 2026)

Job Announcement: English Foreign Teachers Recruitment

To meet the needs of our institution’s teaching and discipline development, we are now openly recruiting English foreign teachers.

I. Job Responsibilities

• Teach oral English to undergraduate students.
• Workload is 14 to 18 credit hours per week.

II. Qualifications

• Comply with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, with no criminal record.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Have at least 2 years of language teaching experience.
• Holders of recognized international language teaching certificates (e.g., TESOL, TEFL) are preferred.
• Aged between 25 and 60.
• Native English speaker.
• In good health.
• Possess excellent communication skills.

III. Salary and Benefits

• Salary is negotiable.
• Base workload is 14 hours per week; overtime teaching hours will be paid additionally.
• On-campus apartment, utility allowance, and transportation allowance provided.

IV. Application Materials

• Resume / CV.
• Copy of passport information page (valid for over 6 months with at least 1 blank visa page).
• Copy of highest degree certificate (must be authenticated by the Chinese Embassy or Consulate abroad).
• Recent passport-style color photo taken within the last 6 months (front view, bareheaded).
• Proof of work experience (issued by former employers, relevant to the current position, including job title, duration, projects, and contact info of the referee, with official stamp or signature).
• Health certificate (physical examination record issued or verified by Chinese inspection and quarantine authorities, or by approved overseas medical institutions, issued within the last 6 months).
• Certificate of No Criminal Record issued within the last 6 months by the home country (authenticated by the Chinese Embassy or Consulate; existing certificates used for Z visas are acceptable for domestic transfers).
• Proof documents for accompanying dependents (if applicable: passport page, proof of relationship, health report for dependents over 18, and digital photos).

For foreign teachers transferring within China, the following additional documents are required:

• Valid residence permit.
• Cancellation certificate of the previous work permit.
