Job Description

The role of a IELTS English teacher is to help our students improve English practical skills and improve IELTS reading, writing, speaking and listening skills.

1. Position: IELTS Teacher for University Students age 18-22 years old.
2. Full Time: Monday-Friday, 14 teaching periods/week, 45 minutes/period.
3. Contract: 10 months from Sept. to Jun.

The responsibilities include:
i. Being in charge of teaching and training IELTS for students, including preparing classroom and coursework materials, homework assignments, and classroom management.
ii. Conducting Placement Tests in order to determine the most suitable classes for students.
iii. Organizing and arranging the given classes to reach the highest efficiency.
iv. Supporting for designing and developing teaching materials of the company.
v. Evaluating students’ class work and their performance during the courses.

Qualification

1. Have Bachelor’s degree or higher
2. Teaching experience: at least 2 years of English teaching experience; must have experience with IELTS teaching
3. Native English speaker
4. Clear background check/The ability to obtain a clear background check

Salary and Benefits

1. Monthly Salary: about 11,000 RMB/month, with paid winter vacation. Summer vacation will be paid from the second year onwards.
2. Round trip flight ticket allowance up to 8,000 RMB/month
3. Social insurance (社会保险) provided
4. Accommodation: a free, private accommodation provided
