Job Description

The role of a Foreign English teacher is to help our students speak English and improve English practical skills. Those responsibilities include preparing lessons and lesson material, teaching young adult students, holding counseling sessions, assisting colleagues, maintaining records, writing progress reports, etc.

Qualification

1. Under 60 years old
2. English as the first language (Native speaker)
3. Be in a good health condition
4. Possessing English teaching certificate such as TEFL, TESOL, etc
5. Bachelor degree or above
6. No criminal record
7. Two years’ teaching experience desirable (If you have English teaching certificate, are teacher education major, education major or majored in linguistics, then teaching experience is not a must)

Salary and Benefits

1. The salary is about 7000-10000 RMB monthly.
2. AUFE will provide Foreign Teacher the free apartment with the bedroom, kitchen, shower room, air-conditioner, cable TV, refrigerator, washing machine and Internet connection.
3. AUFE will provide Foreign Teacher round-trip international economy class airfare allowance from the foreign teacher’s country to China for a one-year contract. Without airticket, AUFE will provide 10000RMB air ticket allowance for a year contract.
4. Foreign Teacher will teach teachers or students (business) English or professional courses for 16 class periods per week at most, which includes classroom teaching, teachers and students training, language instruction and so on. A class period is 45 minutes. If the class periods are over 16, the exceeded class is paid 125yuan to Party B per class period.
5. Foreign Teacher will enjoy all Chinese statutory holidays.
6. AUFE will buy the accident insurance for Foreign Teacher.
