We are looking for an English teacher for undergraduate students for the Oral English course of this academic year.

Working conditions: not more than 16 teaching periods per week (each period is 45 minutes), no office hours. Days off will depend on your schedule, and no work on weekends.

We provide a working visa, basic medical insurance, 90 square-meters fully equipped apartment, 2200 yuan of travel allowance per year, fully paid Chinese holidays and two months of winter vacation. We also reimburse the full price of your tickets to China and pay for your return tickets at the end of the contract.

Job Description

The role of a Foreign English teacher is to help our students speak English and improve English practical skills. Those responsibilities include preparing lessons and lesson material, teaching young adult students, holding counseling sessions, assisting colleagues, maintaining records, writing progress reports, etc.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or above.
English native speakers or non-native speakers with degrees earned in English-speaking countries.
Diploma authenticated by the Chinese Embassy of the country where the diploma was obtained.
Two years or above English teaching experience.
A TEFL/TESOL/TESL Certificate with 120 hours indicated in the certificate if two years of teaching experience is not applicable.

Salary and Benefits

Working visa: offer working permit and residence permit
Salary: RMB 10,000 per month (exclusive of July and August)
Travel allowance: 2200 yuan per year
Airfare allowance: return tickets maximum RMB16,000 during the contract time, reimbursed according to the invoices (economy class only)
Accommodation: provide a 90-square-meter, fully equipped apartment
Vacation: fully paid winter vacation
Holidays: fully paid in Chinese public holidays
Insurance: basic medical insurance.
