Qualifications:

1. Native level English speaker.
2. MA/PhD in TESOL or ELT or Applied Linguistics or recognized Diploma Level EFL qualification, e.g. DELTA, CELTA, TEFLand/or specific qualification in Teaching English for Academic purposes (Desirable)
3. Experience in teaching in higher education or Advanced Placement level is preferred.
4. Lecturers should normally have three to five (at least two) years of teaching experience.
5. Knowledge of the quality assurance process in higher education.
6. Ability to work with minimum supervision, maintain effective communication with colleagues and use initiative to resolve problems or find information.
7. An understanding of how effective pedagogy can enhance the student experience.
